What is the primary application of the JINGWEI Pneumatic Sheathed Cable Stripping Machine WPM-660?

The JINGWEI WPM-660 is a professional-grade pneumatic sheathed cable stripper designed for the efficient and precise stripping of outer jackets from multi-core cables. It is ideal for industrial cable harness manufacturing, automotive wiring, and electrical assembly lines where high-volume, consistent, and clean stripping is required.

What are the key advantages of using a pneumatic (air-powered) cable stripper like the WPM-660?

The pneumatic operation of the WPM-660 offers several key advantages: it provides consistent, high-force cutting action for tough sheaths without motor burnout, ensures high-speed operation for improved productivity, reduces operator fatigue, and is inherently safe for use in environments where electrical sparks from electric motors must be avoided. As a machine from a leading manufacturer in China, it is built for durability and low maintenance.

What cable sizes and types can the WPM-660 multi-core cable stripper handle?

The WPM-660 is engineered to handle a versatile range of sheathed multi-core cables. While exact specifications should be confirmed for your specific material, it is typically suitable for stripping the outer jackets of cables with diameters commonly found in industrial applications. We recommend consulting with JINGWEI or your distributor to ensure compatibility with your specific cable dimensions and sheath material (e.g., PVC, rubber).

How does the JINGWEI WPM-660 ensure precision and prevent damage to inner conductors during stripping?

This air jacket stripper features an adjustable blade depth control system, allowing operators to set the precise cutting depth to match the sheath thickness. This ensures a clean cut through the outer jacket while completely avoiding nicking or damaging the delicate insulation of the inner wires. Its stable pneumatic mechanism and guided blade path guarantee repeatable, high-quality results in every cycle.

As a manufacturer in China, what support does JINGWEI offer with the WPM-660 wire processing machine?

JINGWEI, as a reputable manufacturer, provides comprehensive support. This typically includes detailed operational manuals, technical specifications, and guidance on machine setup and maintenance. For international buyers, we offer reliable after-sales service, access to spare parts like blades, and technical assistance to ensure optimal performance and longevity of your pneumatic cable stripping machine. We encourage you to inquire directly for specific warranty and support details.
